Your Stories, Your Feelings, Your Way

Hello! I’m Amanda, and I warmly welcome you.

As a fully qualified Neuro-Affirming, Psychodynamic, and Trauma-Informed Counsellor and Relationship Therapist who is also Neurodivergent, I offer a distinctive and flexible approach to therapy.

Whether we are working one-on-one, with couples, or in small groups, our collaboration will focus on identifying and understanding the factors that influence your daily life. Many of these influences may have roots in your past experiences.

My neuro-affirming, intuitive and natural approach, enables me to offer you a service to explore your cognitive expressions, emotions, experiences, and relationships with both an unlimited depth and compassion via flexible platforms.

Here are some of the ways I can help.

Anxiety, Attachment, Intimacy, Family Dynamics, Chronic Illness, Depression, Neurodiversity, Identity, Adverse Childhood Experiences, Post-Traumatic Stress, Bereavement, Baby, Child and Infant Loss, Infertility, Complex Grief, Self-Esteem, Major Life Changes, Purpose, Generational Events, Isolation, Communication, Conflict.

I run a small online and telephone therapy practice that due to its nature and limited number of clients at any one time, enables me to provide both the flexibility and additional support that many clients may need if they are navigating unpredictable work schedules, chronic health issues and/or neurodivergence.
